Our services

To accurately establish the impact of a disability and the financial implications on the Claimant, a detailed assessment of their needs must be made. The Service undertakes this assessment during a home visit and subsequently produces a substantial and comprehensive report describing areas of need and related costs. The report will take into account the Claimant’s current needs but as far as possible, identify potential future requirements.

An in-depth estimate of the cost of preparing the report and any likely follow-up work is provided before instructions are accepted. Experience has shown that assessment can take up to 3 hours and the preparation of the report between 8 and 15 hours, depending on the extent of the disability and the length of time that has elapsed since the injury has occurred.
